REFUND POLICY (Web Hosting)
1. First 15days:
Anyone at any point in time can request a refund within the first 15days of placing the order – no questions asked. The refund will be made after a deduction of 10% out of the total billed amount.
This is only applicable on semi-annually, annually, biannually & triannually plans.

2. First 30days:
Anyone at any point in time can request a refund within the first 30days of placing the order – no questions asked. The refund will be made after a deduction of 30% out of the total billed amount.
This is only applicable on semi-annually, annually, biannually & triannually plans.

3. First 60days:
Anyone at any point in time can request a refund within the first 60days of placing the order – no questions asked. The refund will be made after the deduction of 50% out of the total billed amount.
This is only applicable on semi-annually, annually, biannually & triannually plans.

4. After 60days:
No refund request will be entertained in any case.

5. If detect any porn, video, audio, phishing, hacking, and file storage websites then you are not eligible to collect any refund.

REFUND POLICY (VPS – Virtual Private Server)
1. No refund request will be entertained in any case for any VPS Plans.

REFUND POLICY (Domain)
1. No refund request will be entertained in any case for any domain registration, renewal, or transfer.
