How to Email All Users in WHM

To email all users in WHM, you can use the Mass Email Tool. This feature allows you to send a single message to every cPanel account on your server, which is ideal for sending server-wide announcements, maintenance notifications, or policy updates.

Step 1: Log in to WHM

Access your WebHost Manager (WHM) as the root user.

Step 2: Navigate to the Mass Email Tool

In the WHM search bar on the left, type “Mass Email Tool” and click on the corresponding option under the Account Functions section.

Step 3: Compose and Send Your Email

On the Mass Email Tool page, you will see a simple interface for composing your message.

1. From: Your server’s primary email address will be automatically populated in the “From” field.
2. Subject: Enter the subject line for your email.
3. Body: Type your message in the body field. You can use simple text formatting here.
4. Send: After you have composed your message, click the “Send” button. WHM will then queue the email for delivery to every cPanel account on your server.
